2018 World Earth Day in Naples: all events scheduled

The fifth edition of the World Earth Day is back, a great event to celebrate the importance of our Earth and enhance respect for the environment.

On the occasion of Earth Day Saturday 21 is Sunday 22 April 2018 a Napoli Happy Earth Days 2018 will be celebrated, an event organized and promoted by the Artstudio'93 Association.

The event will be inaugurated by the writer Michelangelo Pistoletto at Mother Museum of Naples who will promote his book “Hominitism and demopraxia”.

The program is also scheduled "Spring Festival" to discover the link between man and nature and the event "Round trip around the world" to raise awareness of volunteering in all its facets.

Programme:

-Saturday 21 April from 17: 00:

Inauguration of the event with the writer Michelangelo Pistoletto at the Madre Museum in Naples.

-Sunday April 22 from 10:00 to 20:00 “Spring Festival” at the Monumental Park of Baia in Naples and “Girotondo around the World” at the Cupa Spinelli Park.

Program of the "Spring Festival"

  • 10:00 opening, Presentation of the Legambiente Volontariato Campi Flegrei association
  • 10:15 am - Presentation of the Proloco Bacoli association
  • 10:30 am - Junior members enrolled in Legambiente will interpret the fables of AESOP and FEDRO
  • 11.00 - “The Earth” Debate: taking care of the planet through local actions
  • 12:00 - Presentation of the association "una mano per il sereno"
  • 12: 30 - Stefano Castiello (guitar) and Mariacristina Castaldo (cajon) in "primavera di cantautori"
  • 13 Hours: 30 - Tastings
  • 14 pm - Workshops for children
  • 15:00 - 16:00 - Yoga for children
  • 16:00 - musical entertainment
  • 16:30 - Ivo left-handed singer-songwriter
  • 17:00 - Lorenzo Campese pianist
  • 17:30 - Giovanni Amirante singer-songwriter
  • 18 Hours: 10 Borsalino Swing Band until closing
