For the European 2017 Heritage Days in Naples there will be interactive and thematic visits to Maschio Angioino at a reduced price!
Il Maschio Angioino of Naples will participate in the European Heritage Days effecting extraordinary openings Saturday 23 and Sunday 24 September 2017. In fact, in addition to ordinary hours of visit in the basement, you can visit the rooms of Castel Nuovo with thematic visits to reduced price.
Thanks to the IVI and Timeline Napoli associations, the gates will be opened to the public in an extraordinary way and will be told to the visitors history of the fortress, its wealth and the relationship between man and territory will be deepened. In fact, the theme chosen this year by the Council of Europe for the Heritage Days is precisely "Culture and Nature" and will allow us to better understand the link between man's way of life and the environment that surrounds him.
Interactive visit and itineraries to the Maschio Angioino
The two associations will propose the interactive video-visit with oled lenses "The hidden secret" on Lucrezia d'Alagno, you can also participate in the guided tour "Grail between history and mystery". All this will be possible with a single ticket of 10 euros for adults with discounts for children and free admission for children.
In addition, the Timeline association will present the visits to the historical-archaeological theme "The fortress of time", always with tickets at reduced prices. They will travel the exteriors and interiors of the Maschio Angioino, from the underground to the ramparts, and you will discover stories related to the places and characters who lived there.
