The special and eagerly awaited appointment with the GEP: or The European Heritage Days (European Heritage Days), which will take place Saturday 25th and Sunday 26th September.

There will be many museums and places of culture both state and non-governmental who will take part in the cultural event by organizing guided tours, extraordinary openings, digital initiatives and much more.

In the GEP program, the theme of which will be Cultural heritage: ALL included, Saturday night there will also be special openings of state museums with a symbolic ticket of 1 €.

Civic Museum of Piedimonte Matese (CE)

On 25 and 26 September 2021 from 10:30 to 12:30 and from 16:30 to 18:30 it will take place In the footsteps of Caruso. The Matese origins of the great Tenor. It will be a walk that will allow you to cross the historic village of Piedimonte, right in that place where the tenor's parents lived. Archaeological Museum of ancient Capua and Mitreo

25 Settembre extraordinary opening of the Archaeological Museum of Ancient Capua, the Amphitheater Campano and the Museum of the Gladiators of Santa Maria Capua Vetere, from 19:00 to 22:00 at cost 1 of euros.

26 Settembre the "SAI model and the experience with the Campanian Amphitheater" will be exhibited in the Conference Room of the Archaeological Museum of Ancient Capua. In the latter, the beneficiaries of the SAI project will set up an information banquet. Information: 08231831093.

Campano Amphitheater

From 26 August to 25 September 2021 the Campano Amphitheater hosts GENIUS LOCI, an artistic and cultural event curated by the duo TTOZOI composed of Giuseppe Rossi and Stefano Forgione. The project is based on concept and form, time and matter, the two artists will use various flours with water and pigments on jute canvases. The canvases will be closed in display cases in the Museum and the result will be viewable on 25 September at 18:30 at the portico of the Museum of the Gladiators.
