The Museum is closed in compliance with the anti-Covid provisions applied in the orange regions.

18 Monday January 2021 reopens to the public the beautiful National Railway Museum of Pietrarsa in Naples, with lots of news for all visitors.
After more than two months of closure, which took place on 6 November 2020, as part of the measures imposed by the Government to stem and limit the spread of Coronavirus, finally the Museum, like many other cultural institutions of Campania, can resume its activities in complete safety.
The National Railway Museum of Pietrarsa opens to visitors
The beautiful Museum of Pietrarsa will be able to welcome visitors Monday to Friday, from 10:00 to 18:00, remaining however closed on Saturdays and Sundays. The Museum also offers a special novelty, Or a ticket at the special rate of three euros, for all age groups.
You can then return to visit the museum that houses inside seven pavilions covering an area of 36.000 square meters. Inside the structure they can be admired steam locomotives, three-phase electric locomotives, direct current, diesel locomotives, electromotors and much more. You can also stroll in the external areas of the Museum, in the botanical gardens.
As per legislation, all the necessary anti-Covid measures 19 to guarantee you a visit in complete safety.
