The crime genre will be the protagonist of the Incontri del Cinema di Sorrento, a new event full of movies and events!
From 13 to 17 April 2016 Sorrento will host the first edition of the Cinema meetings, great event that celebrates the seventh art with many guests, free screenings and insights on the crime genre, the central theme of this year. The places chosen for the occasion are the Tasso Cinema, the suggestive Cloister of San Francesco and the Palazzo del Comune.
Not to be missed are the different ones national previews, film and television, which will be reserved for viewers: 'Criminal', with Kevin Costner and Gary Oldman, opens the dances on the opening night, while they will follow, among others, 'Shadow Zone', with Will Smith, and 'The Freddy Heineken case', with Anthony Hopkins and Jim Sturgess.
Among the guests there will be authors, writers and characters from cinema and television, including Francesca Comencini, Maurizio De Giovanni and Riccardo Tozzi, and also the film company Cattleya, producer of 'Romanzo Criminale' and the 'Gomorrah' series.
Recall that the screenings are free and access to the room is free. For projections films in the first and second evening access is regulated through invitations in free distribution. Admission will be allowed subject to availability.
