The Lemonjazz Festival Sorrento 2023 welcomes music lovers from 1 to 9 July 2023 at Villa Fiorentino, in the heart of the city famous for its lemons. This music festival takes place in a picturesque setting and offers a series of concerts covering a range of musical styles. Shows start at 20pm every night, elAdmission is free while seats last.
The artists who will perform at the Lemon Jazz Festival
The festival opens on Saturday 1st July with a performance by There's ammafunk, which brings “street/old school” funk rhythms mixed with a hip-hop and psychedelic jazz touch. The group follows The Sweet Life Society, known for its lively and engaging music inspired by the crackling sound of vintage vinyl.
Sunday 2 July will see on stage theEnrico Valanzuolo Trio, whose powerful and punchy musical style promises a unique emotional journey. Next, the artist Karima will perform with the show "No Filter", a mix of great international successes, reworked with intense passion in a blend of pop and jazz.
Saturday 8 July is the duo's turn Fabio Nunziata & Aldo Vigorito, which offer a musical dialogue that stimulates the discovery of new sounds. Subsequently it will be exhibitedAndrea Braido Trio in "Play Jimi Hendrix", a tribute to the unforgettable guitarist and multi-instrumentalist.
Finally, on Sunday 9, the Lucy Kiely Threesome will propose a "Mediterranean swing" melody, while Lino Cannavacciulo will close the event with "Via Napoli", a journey of five centuries through Neapolitan music.
