The well-known artist Jorit produced a new creation, this time a Sorrento and it is a large mural dedicated to Lucio Dalla.
As always, it is a work that seems to come to life and which enhances the great Bolognese artist who loved our land so much.
Lucio Dalla, let's remember, it was citizen of Sorrento and wrote the marvelous song Caruso just staying in the same hotel room where the tenor Enrico Caruso stayed many years before. It was from that room that he got the inspiration to write one of his masterpieces.
Where is the mural si Jorit
The work dedicated to Lucio Dalla is under construction on the wall of the Circumvesuviana station of Sorrento. It is located on the left side when exiting the station and you can see it in the foreground in the cover photo that we included at the beginning of the article, at the top, taken by the photographer Paolo Ammendola.
Before creating the great face of Lucio Dalla, with the typical stripes on the face that characterize his works, Jorit had covered the wall with the verses of the song "Se io fossi un angel".
