The night of the Panettone is the special event that will take place on Tuesday August 24 2021 in the wonderful setting of the Amalfi Coast and in particular on the seafront of Minori. The event is part of the initiatives organized for the review Taste Minori which will end on August 29, 2021.
The appointment is organized by'Academy of the Masters of Mother Yeast and Italian Panettone together with the teacher Sal De Riso, and the tasting that is scheduled will start at 20:30 in seashore, all will be accompanied by Christmas music.
Tastings by the sea for the Panettone Night in Minori
Tuesday August 24 2021 will take place on the wonderful Lungomare di Minori, on the Amalfi coast The night of the panettone, a special and unusual event that will allow you to spend a late summer evening tasting the typical winter dessert, the panettone.
The event is attended by many pastry chefs who produce excellent artisan panettone. Below is the evening program:
- At 19:00 the appointment is in the churchyard of the Basilica of Santa Trofimena, a stone's throw from the seafront and right behind the Sal De Riso pastry shop for a conference attended by the various authorities, Salvatore De Riso himself, Alessandro Siani and chef Don Alfonso Iaccarino and others.
- At 20:30 on the seafront of Minori a special tasting of panettone, prepared with sourdough.
- Following the fireworks display on the sea will close the evening.
