The charming town of Towers (AV) extends a warm invitation to participate in the tasty annual party: “La Festival of Fusillo, Porchetta and Greco di Tufo“. This celebration, now in its 31st edition, represents a local institution that pays tribute to rich culinary tradition of Irpinia, inviting everyone to a sensory journey through the authentic flavors of the region. The event will take place for three consecutive days, from Friday 21 to Sunday 23 July 2023.
What do you eat at the festival
During the festival, you will have the opportunity to taste the famous ones handmade fusilli, prepared according to ancient local recipes. But that's not all: guests can also delight in the Porchetta, a succulent dish that is a must in the Italian culinary tradition, and taste the fine wine Greco di Tufo, which enchants with its aromatic bouquet.
