Art and nature will be the themes of the free drawing workshops for children and adults at the Capodimonte Museum in Naples!
The February 25, the March 25, the April 29 and the 27 May 2017 continue the appointments with the Drawing workshop, initiative entitled Nature inside and out, al Museum of Capodimonte, promoted by Amici di Capodimonte onlus.
The lessons are a curated by Caroline Peyron, a French artist working on drawing, as a tool for teach how to look at works in museums. This edition is dedicated to Nature, observed both in Real Bosco that in the Collections of the Capodimonte Museum.
The design workshop is open to children and adolescents, but adults can also participate, without being experts in drawing. The purpose of these meetings is to teach how to look, to understand, through drawing and painting, deciphering the structure made up of lines, volumes, lights. Participants will have to perceive how the artistic creation takes place which has two main moments: the observation of the object to be drawn and the realization of the painting.
The 29 in April and the 27 in May the workshops will take place inside the suggestive Bosco di Capodimonte, a place of natural scenic beauty and a source of artistic inspiration.
Material to participate
Participants must obtain:
- Sheets of paper, if possible square
- Watercolors with brushes
- Pencils
- Oil pastels
