IERI (Yesterday) Thursday February 23 2023 the last farewell took place at Lucia Zagaria, Wife of Lino Banfi e Rosanna Banfi's mother, who died after battling Alzheimer's for many years.
During the funeral, which took place in the Church of Sant'Ippolito in Rome, one was also read letter, arrived from the Vatican and written by Papa Francesco, which was addressed to the Banfi family by the Holy Father during this very sad time.

Rosanna Banfi, during the'latest edition of Dancing with the Stars, had spoken several times of the special bond that kept his parents together and also of the illness that had been afflicting his mother for some time, Lucia Zagaria:
