We remember February 24, 2022, the day in which Ukraine was invaded by troops Russian and so a new chapter in history opened. There war it is still ongoing today and has caused the deaths of countless people and the destruction of entire cities.
Napoli is a city that has always given value to medium-high pace, to acceptance and dialogue, and in this difficult moment it cannot and must not remain indifferent to the suffering of the Ukrainian people.
For this reason, the Community of Sant'Egidio, the Municipality of Naples and the Archdiocese of Naples invite all citizens and young people to participate in the March for Peace, which will be held on 24 February 2023 in Naples.
Route and times of the march
- The march will have start pm 9.30 da Piazza Dante
- The March yes will conclude a Piazza Municipio
At the conclusion of the march, in Piazza Municipio, a stage will be set up for the testimonies and for the "Peace Show". The rally is an important occasion to unite voices against the war in Ukraine, to express solidarity with the Ukrainian people and to demand an immediate cessation of hostilities.
Let's not resign ourselves to war!
