The carabinieri of the Compagnia Marano di Napoli, after a long interrogation, declared the 54-year-old school worker under arrest, strongly suspected of being responsible for the murder.

The killer, whose personal details are unknown, was framed thanks to the victim's phone, the images recorded by the surveillance cameras and some objects found in his home and which, presumably, belonged to Toscano.

The investigations, which began with the discovery of the body of the Tuscan professor, whose family members had reported the disappearance at 20.00, proceeded with timely investigations of a technical nature by listening to the testimonies of the people involved and who were aware of the reports not really. "Idyllic" between the support teacher and the school assistant.

The statements confirmed that the professor's phone was already unreachable at 12.30, the time when the death had already occurred.

Having done this, the investigators compared the information obtained with the images recorded by the video surveillance cameras of the neighboring buildings. Furthermore, in order to have a definite confirmation, they proceeded with a search of the suspect's house and with the seizure of the clothes on which blood traces attributable to the victim were found.

The killer, once his guilt was established, was taken to the Naples Poggioreale Prison, where he is now in custody.
