Sustainable mobility arrives in Naples with electric scooters: operators are sought to perform shared services of electric mobility!
The Councilor's proposal with responsibility for Sustainable Mobility and Heritage, Public Works and Youth was successfully accepted by the council, Alessandra Clemente, to carry out experimentally micro electric mobility sharing services with scooters in the city of Naples.
The municipality of Naples has in fact launched a call for research 3 operators to carry out this experimentation, with 2.400 shared scooters, from a minimum of 400 to a maximum of 900 each. A month it will be the maximum time to join.
Sustainable mobility
An interesting project that leads the city of Naples to undertake one sustainable mobility. The movement with electric scooters, as well as for bicycles, will be allowed freely with free stop tied in some areas of the city.
As the Councilor Alessandra Clemente also states, this is a project still in progress experimental phase. The use of electric scooters fits well into this context of social distancing imposed because of the Coronvirus, it also appears to be an alternative method to the use of public transport and the car, but above all a method based on the respect for the environment and one's health.
