Naples, free concerts in Piazza del Gesù for the Republic of Ideas

Among the many artists in concert in Piazza del Gesù for La Repubblica delle Idee, also Enzo Avitabile, Rocco Hunt and Avion Travel

The Festival The Republic of Ideas starts today 5 June and will end on Sunday 8 and, as already mentioned in the dedicated article, it is aimportant event organized by the well-known newspaper La Repubblica and which, this year, will be based in Naples.

The editor of the magazine, Ezio Mauro, underlined the importance of this event to address the change necessary to our country; change that must necessarily start from Southern Italy. This is why Naples has been chosen as the symbol of this path that will lead to a better future.

Many meetings with actors, journalists, writers and politicians, but some of the most important and engaging events will be free concerts that will take place in Piazza del Gesù. Their protagonists will be Neapolitan and Campania artists in general, very tied to their territory and who have often made their own the cause of the south.

In the weekend between 7 and 8 June, therefore, it will be possible to attend concerts by the likes of Avion Travel, the winner of the last Sanremo Festival Rocco Hunt and Enzo Avitabile, among others.
