New Covid decree: yellow zones, green passes, openings of restaurants, theaters and gyms

The new Covid Decree has been published which introduces the yellow zones, the green certificate or green pass and plans the reopening of restaurants, museums, theaters, gyms and stadiums.

It was approved on new Covid decree which provides for an easing of restrictions starting from 26 April.

We start talking about reopening of restaurants, swimming pools, gyms, museums, theaters and cinemas and the green certificate, a special pass to be able to move between the Regions and participate in the shows.

In the decree, contact sports are also considered and, of course, schools are mentioned.
Here are all the details of the restarts and the different openings.

Return to the yellow zone

As already mentioned above, from 26 April some Regions may return to the yellow zone, based on the epidemiological trend.

The green pass or green certificate

It is a certificate that It allows, to those who own it, to move between the Regions of any color, also orange and red and of attend some indoor shows.

You get it by proving you have had both doses of the vaccine or if you got sick with Covid and recovered. In these cases, the certificate lasts 6 months from the end of the vaccination cycle or from the certificate of cure. Even those who have it can get it carried out a molecular or rapid swab negative result and in this case the certificate lasts 48 hours from the test date.

The validity expires if you become infected with Coronavirus.

Curfew

The curfew remains between 22.00 and 5.00 hours.

Restaurants and bars

In the yellow zone the restaurants will reopen, but only with outdoor tables and making sure to maintain a distance of at least 2 meters between the tables.
In orange zone and in red zone only theremoval.

In hotels restaurants can remain open without time limits, but only for customers who stay there.

From 1 June, only in yellow zone, restaurants will also be able to reopen indoor areas from 5.00 to 18.00 or up to a different time eventually decided by the Council of Ministers. The measure could also be extended to the evening.

Museums, theaters and cinemas

In the yellow zone the museums will reopen automatically. Also from 26 April, the shows in cinemas, theaters, clubs, clubs and other rooms, even outdoors will be allowed only if the seats are pre-assigned and must have a distance of at least 1 meter between them. There capacity it must not exceed 50%, but the maximum number of spectators must never exceed 1000 outdoors and 500 indoors. Some shows can only be attended with the green pass.
Depending on the progress of the pandemic, a larger capacity may be authorized.

Sports with friends and sporting events

Also in yellow zone they can be carried out outdoor sports, even those of contact such as soccer and basketball. Changing rooms and showers cannot be used.

From 1 June will be able to resume sporting events in stadiums and sports halls with a capacity that does not exceed 25% and, in any case, with no more than 1000 spectators outdoors and 500 indoors. If these conditions cannot be guaranteed, the events must take place without an audience. According to the decree, particularly important sporting events can be held with the public, even before 1 June.

School

The return to school in the presence is expected until high school, but the latter have flexibility in the organization of activities. In yellow and orange zone face-to-face teaching must be guaranteed for at least 70% of students and up to 100% of the student population. In red zoneinstead, schools must always guarantee at least 50% of the lessons in the presence and up to a maximum of 75% of the students.

University

From 26 April to 31 July, in the yellow and orange areas, lessons take place with priority in person, while in the red areas it will be necessary to favor the return in the presence of first year students.

Visits to relatives and friends

From April 26st to June 15th, in the yellow and orange areas you can go to visit relatives and friends in 4, instead of 2, once a day, in a private home other than your own. The account does not include minors, who can always travel with adults who have parental responsibility, and disabled or non self-sufficient people living together.

Swimming pools and bathing establishments

From the 15 Mayin yellow zone will be able to reopen outdoor pools and the bathing establishments. In the swimming pools, the use of changing rooms and showers is not allowed and the safety rules provided for by the Government guidelines must be respected.

Gyms

From 1 June the gyms with indoor activities reopen, only in the yellow zone. It will not be possible to use the changing rooms and showers and the rules on spacing and sanitation must be respected.

Markets and shopping centers

From the 15 May, i will also reopen markets and shopping malls on weekends, but only in the yellow zone. On holidays and days before holidays, the activities of commercial establishments in shopping centers and galleries can reopen.

International fairs

They can start again from the 15 June.

Spas and theme parks

In yellow zone, from 15 May the spas can reopen the non-therapeutic pools, while from 1 July they can resume other suspended activities, such as the Turkish bath.

From 1 July, congresses, conventions and theme parks can start again.
