ANM has published the modalities for renewing the parking permit for residents in Naples on the blue stripes, a possibility that began on January 1 and for which there is time until March 31 2022.
Renewal can also be done online, so as to make the procedure both faster and safer. Whoever wants can also choose the traditional method not online.
The steps are simple, let's see how to proceed.
Online renewal via platform
To start the renewal procedure, simply:
- access the Smart Mobility platform with their credentials;
- make the payment with the credit card;
- if you don't have the credentials, just write to infoautorizzazione@anm.it to request them.
Each family unit can have only one parking permit.
Renewal via traditional method (not online)
Those who apply for the first time or those who have different conditions than last year or, again, those who prefer to use the traditional non-online method to renew, can go to:
- lo counter in via G.Marino 1, in the ANM Headquarters. The desk is active from January 1st, open every day from Monday to Friday from 8.00 to 13.00;
- or at the ANM counter in via Brin, active from 10 January. Open only on Mondays and Wednesdays from 8.00 to 13.00.
- la reservation is mandatory to go to both counters; it must be done from Monday to Friday at 0817632191 from 8.00 to 13.00 or on the toll-free number 800639525 active from Monday to Friday from 6.30 to 20.00;
- or you can send an ordinary email to infoautorizzazione@anm.it.
Who can renew
We remind you that the renewal can be done only from those who have not seen their release conditions change for the last year. So you need to have the same residence, the same vehicle and the same ISEE 2021 income.
Fill in the necessary forms
Whether you choose the counter or send it by e-mail, the correctly completed forms must always be attached. To send by email it is mandatory to do so in pdf.

How to pay for renewal offline
There are two payment methods for renewal:
- debit or credit card (POS) at the counters in Via G. Marino from Monday to Friday and in Via BRIN on Monday and Wednesday;
- Bank transfer whose IBAN code is IT62 B076 0103 4000 0001 9562 800. It is in the name of ANM SpA Via G. Marino, 1 - Naples- 80125. Reason: "Permit to park residents year ....", the vehicle registration number, surname and name of the permit holder. The receipt of the transfer with CRO and the wording of the operation carried out together with all the documentation useful for the release must be sent to infoautorizzazione@anm.it or taken to one of the branches
The requirements for obtaining the parking permit and documents to be presented
Who is entitled to a resident permit:
- Resident family nucleus: those who request it must submit self-certification pursuant to Presidential Decree no. 445/2000 with the composition of the family unit, the residence, the data of the car, the TASI and TARI payment of the previous year, the declaration of non-availability of a parking space on public or private land. He must also attach the original ISEE certification or an authentic copy issued pursuant to DPCM n. 159/2013 and must be related to the year for which the request is made, the copy of the vehicle registration document with the valid inspection (the original for inspection). If the applicant declares in the self-certification that he owns the apartment in which he resides, he must self-certify that he is up to date with the payment of the IMU.
- Nucleo domiciliato non resident in the Municipality of Naples: in addition to the self-certification and a copy of the vehicle registration document with the original in view and the declaration of domicile, the applicant must also attach a copy of the lease contract for the exclusive use of a duly registered residence.
- Resident family nucleus in possession of self-registered company: in addition to the self-certification mentioned in point 1, supplemented by an explicit declaration on the absence of other vehicles owned by the family unit, the applicant must submit the declaration of the legal representative of the company attesting the entrustment to his employee, in use of the vehicle or present a copy of the rental / leasing contract.
- Resident family unit not owner of a car and in possession of a car on loan for use: the applicant must submit the self-certification mentioned in point 1, supplemented by a declaration certifying the unavailability of other vehicles, the first degree marriage or kinship relationship in a straight line or first degree affinity with the owner of the vehicle. This self-certification must be accompanied by the declaration of the owner of the vehicle on the assignment in exclusive use to the applicant.
The ISEE bands
The table shows the annual rates to be paid for parking according to the ISEE range. Rates also valid for i resident taxi drivers. The parking area for resident taxi drivers is valid for the whole area and not just for the sector of residence. The forms are the same as those for resident permits.

For the households points 2, 3 e 4 the fare is 150 €. If you do not submit the ISEE documentation, you will end up in the last income bracket. If you submit it later, you are not entitled to a refund.
