ANM has announced that there will be time until April 30, 2022 for to renew the parking permit for residents in Naples, the coupon necessary to park on the blue lines near your residence. Initially, the deadline was set for March 31st, but as mentioned it was extended until April 30th
Renewal can be done either online both with the traditional method by going to the counters and in both cases the steps to follow are easy.
Here's how to do it, remembering that each family unit is entitled to only one parking permit.
How to renew online
It's very simple, you have to follow the following steps:
- connect to Smart Mobility platform with your login credentials;
- pay with the credit card;
- if you do not have the credentials, just write to infoautorizzazione@anm.it to request them.
How to renew with the traditional method (not online)
Those who apply for the first time or those who are in different conditions than last year or those who simply prefer to use the traditional non-online method, can:
- go to counter in via G.Marino 1, in the ANM Headquarters. The desk is active from January 1st, open every day from Monday to Friday from 8.00 to 13.00;
- or go to ANM counter in via Brin, active until March 31st. Open only on Mondays and Wednesdays from 8.00 to 13.00. From 1 April you have to go to the counter in Via GB Marino (c / o ANM Direction), by reservation at the toll-free number 800639525 active from Monday to Friday from 6.30 to 20.00;
- for both branches, the reservation is mandatory; you can book from Monday to Friday at 0817632191 from 8.00 to 13.00 or by calling the toll-free number 800639525 active from Monday to Friday from 6.30 to 20.00;
- the last non-online method is to send an ordinary email to infoautorizzazione@anm.it.
Who can do the renewal
Renewal can be done only by those who have not changed their release conditions for last year. This means that you must have the same residence, the same vehicle and the same ISEE 2021 income.
Fill in the necessary forms (to be done both online and with the traditional method)
Either way, whether you renew online or the traditional way, you have to attach the correctly completed forms. To send by email it is mandatory to transform it into pdf.

How to pay for renewal offline
There are two ways to pay for the renewal:
- debit or credit card (POS) at the counters in Via G. Marino from Monday to Friday and in Via BRIN on Monday and Wednesday;
- Bank transfer the IBAN code is IT62 B076 0103 4000 0001 9562 800. It is registered in the name of ANM SpA Via G. Marino, 1 - Naples - 80125. Reason: "Permit to park residents year ....", the vehicle registration number, surname and name of the permit holder. The receipt of the transfer with CRO and the wording of the operation carried out together with all the documentation useful for the release must be sent to infoautorizzazione@anm.it or taken to one of the branches
The requirements and documents to be presented
Who is entitled to a resident permit:
- Resident family nucleus: to obtain it, self-certification must be submitted pursuant to Presidential Decree no. 445/2000 with the composition of the family unit, the residence, the data of the car, the TASI and TARI payment of the previous year, the declaration of non-availability of a parking space on public or private land. The original ISEE certification or authentic copy issued pursuant to DPCM n. 159/2013 and this must relate to the year for which the request is made, the copy of the vehicle registration document with the valid inspection (the original in vision). If the applicant declares in the self-certification that he owns the apartment in which he resides, he must self-certify that he is up to date with the payment of the IMU.
- Nucleo domiciliato non resident in the Municipality of Naples: the self-certification, a copy of the vehicle registration document with the original in view, the declaration of domicile must be sent and a copy of the lease agreement for exclusive use of a duly registered residence must be attached.
- Resident family nucleus in possession of self-registered company: in addition to the self-certification mentioned in point 1 together with an explicit declaration of not having other vehicles owned by the family unit, the applicant must submit the declaration of the legal representative of the company from which the entrustment to his employee is attested, in exclusive use , of the vehicle or present a copy of the rental / leasing contract.
- Resident family unit not owner of a car and in possession of a car on loan for use: the applicant must submit the self-certification referred to in point 1, supplemented by a declaration certifying that he does not own other vehicles, the first degree marriage or kinship relationship in a straight line or first degree affinity with the owner of the vehicle. In addition, the declaration of the vehicle holder on the exclusive use of the applicant must be attached.
The ISEE bands
In the following table you can consult the annual rates to be paid for parking according to the ISEE range. They are also valid for the resident taxi drivers. The parking area for resident taxi drivers is valid for the whole area and not just for the sector of residence. The forms are the same as those for resident permits.

For the households points 2, 3 e 4 the fare is 150 €.
If you do not submit the ISEE documentation, you will end up in the last income bracket. If you submit it later, you will not be entitled to a refund.
