The free exhibition "Pinocchio in the heart of Naples" in the Santissima Annunziata Complex with workshops and puppets.
"Pinocchio in the heart of Naples”Is an original laboratory exhibition set up in Hall of the Columns of the Monumental Complex of the Santissima Annunziata, which began on April 8 and that the 30 June 2017 will end.
It was organized by the Semi di Laboratorio association in collaboration with the Department of Culture of the Municipality of Naples.
The event also aims to enhance the Annunziata Complex together with the Ludoteca which since 2013 has been carrying out the Rotalarte project by Riccardo Dalisi. There will also be clear references to Totò, due to the obvious link between Antonio De Curtis and Pinocchio, and will be a sort of prologue to the Maggio dei Monumenti, dedicated to Antonio De Curtis.
Events
It is purely an event for children that revolves around the figure of Pinocchio and which includes the exhibition of drawings and illustrations "Around Pinocchio“By Aldo Capasso and the Totocchi by Riccardo Dalisi. There will, in fact, be the famous ones animated coffeemakers of Dalisi, as the famous Totocchi inspired by Totò and Pinocchio, and the artistic works of Capasso who attempted to put the wooden puppet's fairy tale into a box.

Furthermore, there will be one educational section out of ten great illustrators from 1901 to today: Carlo Chiostri, Attilio Mussino, Luigi and Maria Augusta Cavalieri, Vsevolod Nicouline, Benito Jacovitti, Lorenzo Mattotti, Roberto Innocenti, Emanuele Luzzati, Andrea Rauch, Guido Scarabottolo.
