At Città della Scienza he opens the 3D Planetarium with shows of astronomy and cosmology

The Interactive Body Museum and the New 3D Planetarium in Città della Scienza of Naples will be inaugurated in March 2017.

Il 4 March 2017 a City of Science of Naples will be inaugurated "BODY - traveling in the human body", While the 19 March will open the 3D Planetarium, the largest of its kind in Italy.

Corporeal will be the first Italian interactive museum on the human body dedicated to the issues of health, biomedical sciences and technologies, prevention. In the Planetarium, however, it will be simulated the celestial vault with astronomical objects and there will be various performances in the fields of astronomy and cosmology.

The tour itinerary is divided into the thematic islands of the different body systems that, interacting with each other, must guarantee the correct functioning of our body and keep it in good health.

Visitors can attend interactive exhibits, virtual and multimedia experiences, games, laboratories and personally experience how our body works. They will also be able to take advantage of meetings with experts and information desks, for advice on prevention and correct lifestyles.

3D Planetarium

Il New 3D Planetarium of Città della Scienza will be a technological instrument of the latest generation, consisting of a digital projection system, which will simulate the sky, With the sky and astronomical objects that populate the universe.

A valid teaching aid and dissemination of astronomy that will also set up great scientific shows dedicated to astronomy, astrophysics, cosmology and aerospace technology in collaboration with international research centers and space agencies such as NASA, ESA, ASI and ESO. In addition, it will organize documentaries and educational projections on other important scientific topics.
