Errico Porzio is the pizza chef of the moment in Naples and just in these days has inaugurated a new pizzeria in the city center.

It is precisely located in Piazza Carlo III and this new opening was accompanied by some very deep and moving moments dedicated to the war-torn population of Ukraine.

He dedicates it to Ukraine

In fact, during the inauguration, Porzio kept us dedicating a moved thought to the country, also cutting a yellow and blue ribboninstead of what is traditionally red.

These are his words:

This is my eleventh inauguration and it has a particular flavor. Usually the ribbon you cut is red, but in this case it has two colors: yellow and blue. Are the colors of Ukraine and, therefore, Svetlana, who is the wife of one of our historic pizza chefs, will cut the ribbon. The hope is that this war can end as soon as possible ”.

The restaurant is located in Piazza Carlo III, 36/38 and it is the fourth opening of its new format "Portions of Pizza".

The type of place is suitable for both those who have a desire to sit inside or outside, therefore sitting at the table, both for those in a hurry because there is the possibility of receiving the pizza by the slice to take away.

Hence the original name "PorzioNI di Pizza", a word pun which refers both to the surname of the pizza maker and to the idea of ​​slices of pizza, in portions, for take away.

Porzio is not only collecting openings, but it is also winner of several awards who recognize his work not only as a pizza chef, but also as an excellent user of social media.

In fact, just a few days ago he triumphed in the awards Best Restaurant Awards by Just Eat winning in its category, namely that of the Special Prizes. The local of him was recognized as the best social venue, considering that Porzio makes a wise use of social, public video-recipes on Tik Tok, it involves all its users and manages to retain them.
