La Royal Palace of Caserta will carry out extraordinary openings for shows every Tuesday, traditionally a closing day.
Since June 19 2018 the initiative will start Every Tuesday at the Reggia, which will take place the splendid Royal Palace of Caserta.
The idea was launched by the director Mauro Felicori, together with the head of teaching and animation Vincenzo Mazzarella and the director Franco Nappi, artistic director of "Il Demiurgo" to give life on the closing day of the Reggia, to the cultural and tourist enterprises with a ticket price accessible to all.
Each theatrical show will be composed of a cast of actors, actors, dancers and musicians who will tell unpublished stories about court life.
During theatrical incursions that will animate the path, we can meet famous people like Luigi Vanvitelli in the Astrea room. Queen Maria Sofia will be met twice: the first of her, as a young man, together with her husband, in the bedroom of Francis II. The second in the last scene of the show where the interview with the last queen of the two Sicilies will be proposed.
