The evocative streets of Recale, in the province of Caserta, are preparing to host a prominent event that attracts visitors from all over Campania and beyond: the famous Feast of the corn on the cob. This 19 edition, Scheduled 20 to 24 July 2023, promises to be full of news and entertainment, with a special touch of celebration for the deeds of SSC Napoli.
What do you eat at the festival
The beating heart of the festival is, without a doubt, the cob. Undisputed protagonist of the event, she will be served in numerous culinary variations, all strictly a km0. Participants will have the opportunity to taste this land product in a thousand different ways: boiled, roasted, fried or prepared according to traditional local customs. The stand, managed with passion by Pro Loco of Recale, will offer a wide range of dishes in which the cob is king.
Shows and other activities
In addition to the extensive corn on the cob menu, visitors will have the opportunity to participate in a variety of shows and activities. Each evening will be animated by different artists, who will alternate group performances with moments of live music and goliardic bullfights. There will also be a special celebratory evening for the SSC Napoli, with moments of sharing and fun for all fans and more.
