Typical dishes and folk music at the 2016 peasant festival in Bonea!
From 19 to 21 in August 2016 will take place in Bonea, in the province of Benevento, the peasant festival.
The event, through a special menu that will be different for each evening and the background of folk music, will honor the rural civilization, with its agricultural products genuine and its folk traditions.
Among the dishes that we will taste there will be the potatoes and beans, tripe and beans, peasant fusilli, the padellaccia (an exquisite pork stew with potatoes and peppers) and the gnocchi with goat ragout with goat cutlets.
The musical accompaniment will be entrusted to Rareca Antica, Popolo Vascio and i Tamorrè that will make us listen to the typical Samnite songs.
Three days of celebration for those who stay in the city and for tourists looking for an original experience.
