From 3 to 6 August 2023 a Montecorvino Pugliano in the province of Salerno, the new edition of the Festival of the Ancient Apulian Flavors. It is an event organized by the Pro Loco in collaboration with the Municipality of Montecorvino Pugliano.
In Via Diaz from 19:00 to 00:30 you will find many stands that will retrace the ancient Apulian traditions with dishes really delicious, like:
- Cavatielli stuffed with beans
- O' cuzzetiello with aubergine parmigiana
- Caciocavallo hanged
- Sandwich with spleen
- Arrosticini
- Tipical desserts
And so much more. All the dishes offered will be accompanied byexcellent wine produced in local vines.
The musical program
Lots of fun scheduled for the guests, in fact, during the four evenings, different artists will take turns giving life to shows unmissable. Here is the schedule:
3 August
- Appointment with the big one Biagio Izzo
4 August
- The Vienteterra Company will make all the guests dance with popular music
5 August
- It will be the turn of Spaccapaese with the songs and dances of Southern Italy
6 August
- Last appointment with the Popular Music Company The Tarammurrias
