What you eat at the Penne alla Boscaiola Festival
In 30a edition of the festival, guests will be able to taste the famous Penne Alla Boscaiola, in addition to the typical Torellese dish with beans, porcini mushrooms, crumbled cotechino. They won't be missing"mountain style fusilli”, the delicious “cavatelli and beans", sandwiches with sausage o beef steak, and refined desserts, all accompanied by excellent Aglianico Doc.
Shows and other activities
In addition to the menu, the festival will offer entertainment with music by renowned local groups to Torelli of Mercogliano, from 24 27 to August, in via Traversa at the social complex "The City in Spasso”. The combination of authentic flavors and lively sounds will ensure a memorable experience for all attendees.
