Sfrionzola Festival and village sausage
The original Sfrionzola festival will take place in Ottati, in the province of Salerno. It is a typical dish made up of pieces of pork accompanied by peppers in vinegar, cooked on the occasion of the killing of the pig, a moment of abundance for local families. Christmas at the Rotonda
