Spoiled for choice for festivals in Campania for the weekend between pasta, fried food, pizza, embers, desserts, cheeses, music, beer and trips to the Middle Ages!
This second weekend of June will be full of parties and festivals to be enjoyed and fully experienced, including tastings, shows, popular traditions, historical re-enactments, guests.
Only some of the initiatives envisaged in the best festivals in Campania for the weekend of the 12, 13 and 14 Jun 2015. You can participate, for example, in the Festival of pizza and beer in Pompeii, among rivers of cold beer and many specialties, or at the cherry festival where this fruit will be prepared in all ways, especially original first courses!
Still, the tastings in the historic center of Naples with cheese, cold cuts, oils, wines dop and the Pasta Festival in Castel Morrone. Patane grandmother's, pens incacchiate, pezzelle with cauraciuri are just some of the dishes that will prepare.
It does not end here, the Festival delle embers and fries will base western and Neapolitan gastronomy with grilled and cuoppetielli, while with Vita al Castello in Avella you will immerse yourself in the Lombard traditions to fight with fencing and bow!

Festival of Embers and Fries
One of the most loved and successful festivals in Campania! You can taste many original and tasty dishes that combine western cuisine e Neapolitan. Between street food, grilled vegetables, cheese, meats, cuoppetielli, fried pizzas, panini you will spend a weekend full of taste and fun too.

Castle Cherry Festival
In Gragnano will take place the cherry festival with a truly original gastronomic journey. We will start with a first one single plate with cherries to continue with other courses made with this fruit and finish with ice cream and desserts like jams and cherries with chocolate. Curiosity will be mozzarella and ricottine al cherry honey and the cherry risotto.
Moreover, special guest of the weekend will be Gino Fastidio from Made in Sud!

Feast of the Tammorra
The Tammorra Festival ends, an initiative itinerant which for a couple of months has enjoyed many towns in Campania. In the weekend is the turn of Carinaro, in the province of Caserta, where we can dance again and rediscover the popular traditions. Pizza and beer festival
A Pompei an unmissable party dedicated to beer and pizza with many courses and drinks of all kinds.

Pasta Festival
Carbohydrate lovers can rejoice because a Castel Morrone, in the province of Caserta, will be organized "There is Pasta for you", a festival of pasta. In collaboration with the Pasta Reggia pasta factory, three days full of tasty first courses. Feast of the Gigli Nola
As part of a broad program that began on June 4 and will end on July 2, the Festa dei Gigli di Nola is a regular event that will fill the days of the municipality again this year. Life at the Castle
In Avella, in the province of Avellino, you can experience the life of the Lombards in the castle of the municipality.
