Le festivals in Campania for the weekend of 19, 20 and 21 February 2016 they are very tasty, like every week.
In the characteristic Solopaca you can do tastings of excellent extra virgin olive oils del Sannio and taste local products. In Somma Vesuviana the note and popular will be presented Cantata of the 12 months, in which Pulcinella will kick off the story of the months of the year presented by very particular characters.
At Eboli, however, continues Compagni di banco, the show with important guests where you can taste, from time to time, menus prepared by chefs and accompanied by wines of the territory.

Filo d'Olio Award
A series of tastings of the best extra virgin olive oils from the Sannio area. The 21 February will take place the awards for the best producers. The program provides tastings of oil and typical products of the place from 10 am in the entrance hall of Palazzo Cutillo and in Piazza San Martino. It will continue at 16.30 pm in the Council Chamber of the Palazzo del Comune with an interesting conference in which we will discover the beneficial properties of extra virgin olive oil and everything will end with the award ceremony.

DegusArte at the Arechi Castle
Every Friday of February, in the suggestive location of the Castle of Arechi in Salerno, a dinner will be organized with shows and other artistic performances. There will be one art show that you can admire while sipping a welcome drink and every week there will be a different artist to perform. This Friday will be the turn of Giusi De Giuseppe and his sax, while the exhibition will focus on the Works of the Ceramists of the Pandora Association.
The menu includes many delicacies e quality dishes including eggplant parmigiana, Stracotto di Scamone di Bufalo, millefeuille of babà, wine and much more.

The Cantata of the 12 months
At Borgo Casamale a version of the well-known Cantata dei 12 mesi is proposed, in which it is presented in an artistic way every month of the year. This is the version proposed by Michele Febbraro, a director and actor from Somma Vesuviana who is always very involved in spreading local traditions.
The Cantata will open with the first month of the year Pulcinella who will call Marcusalemme, an antediluvian patriarch who lived 969 years and father of all months. Thus, he will present all his 12 children, who will talk about each other.

Companions of Banco
The evenings continue in the historic center of Eboli at the Ciauliello with the cuisine of exceptional guests and the opportunity to taste excellent local products. The event has a dual purpose: to give part of the proceeds to beneficence and that of enhancing the products of the territory. This weekend's guest will be Gustavo Sparano who will propose a menu based on Panigacci boiled with truffles accompanied by an excellent face of Salerno.
