A new weekend in November to dive into the exquisite festivals in Campania and satisfy stomach and spirit. From the 27 to 29 2015 November you can choose between different types of festival and any choice will make you lick your mustache.
Beneventorrone is the note party dedicated to nougat local prepared in exquisite ways to which is accompanied by a wonderful exhibition of cribs, while in Maddaloni you can taste the delicious local apple.
More rustic dishes can be eaten at Controne where the bean festival will propose dishes of this legume prepared in many ways, including mushrooms, escarole, pork rinds e snuff.
You just have to find out what are all the festivals that are waiting for you this weekend!
Feast of the apple
A Maddaloni returns the famous apple festival where you can taste the delicious local fruit, as well as many other delicacies. You can taste them pancakes, savory dishes, cakes, spirit and many other goodies. It will also be an opportunity to learn more about the traditions of the area thanks to a dinner-conference with experts in the sector.

Beneventorrone
One of the most famous festivals in Campania where you can eat delicious chocolate nougat, hazelnuts and honey. The goodies will be accompanied by dessert wines, sparkling wine from Benevento and passito and there will be many exhibition stands where you can enjoy other tastings, even with ad hoc itineraries, and learn more about the history and processing of nougat. Finally, an interesting display of nativity scenes will enrich the festival.

Truffle to the village
The sagra of Ceppaloni will present and will taste the fine white truffle in the area, in the presence of industry experts. Bean festival
A Controne is an unmissable event and gives occasion to the delicious local bean. There will also be the Slowfood garrison and you can taste various local products typical of the Albanian and Cilento traditions. The menu includes, among many things, scarole and beans, pasta and beans prepared in two ways, sausage and beans, mushrooms and beans, the inevitable cotica. Only Sunday will be a variant prepared with turnips and beans and everything will be accompanied by Alburni wine and enriched by so much music.
