Many exquisite festivals in Campania also for the weekend from 9 to 11 October 2015 where you will be spoiled for choice.
The autumn season is ideal for taking part in the festivals dedicated to castagna, like that of Avella and Arpaise. In the first, much space also to the hazelnuts with exquisite dishes and the opportunity to have fun with entertainments and perform guided tours with the train. In Arpaise, there will also be a mycological day dedicated to mushroom-hunting excursions.
If you prefer the truffle, choose the festival of Colliano, while chocolate lovers can not miss the new edition of Cioccolateano in Teano. And again, the long mushroom festival of Cusano Mutri ends this weekend, also presenting the climbing gym activities and adventurous excursions.
Each festival will be enriched by music, dances, shows ed entertainment and you just have to choose your favorite one.
Chestnut Festival
In Arpaise, in the Benevento area, two days dedicated to chestnut. You can taste many exquisite chestnut-based dishes, prepared on the post and accompanied by excellent wine. Mushroom festival
The mushroom festival of Cusano Mutri ends this weekend after many days of excellent food and good wine. The program of each day is always full of institutional events, e tastings and, in addition to eating tasty mushroom dishes accompanied by fries, desserts and spirit, you can attend musical performances, performances by street artists, dances and popular music.

Hazelnut and chestnut festival
In Avella, a town known for the production of hazelnuts, there will be a festival with a menu based on hazelnuts and chestnuts. You can eat, among other things, linguine nuts and anchovies, penne with porcini mushrooms, rigatoni with wild boar sauce, the fagiolata with cotechini, the sausage and broccoli sandwich, the legendary roast chestnuts and accompany everything with good wine. Walnuts

Exhibition of truffles
