Even Palazzo Reale in Naples is preparing to welcome the celebrations for Valentine's Day, with a special appointment for all lovers, or the exceptional opening of the Garden Italy.
On February 14, 2022, you will be able to admire the marvelous ones camellias and stroll through the halls of the historic apartments, discovering stories of flowers and loves.
The route of the guided tour of the Royal Palace
The meeting point will be in the Italian Garden of Palazzo Reale, which will be open to the public on an exceptional basis. Inside you can observe two groups of camellia japonica, a symbol of love.
We will then continue towards the Diplomatic Hall where you can admire the vault painted by Francis De Mura on which the conjugal virtues of the sovereigns are reported Charles of Bourbon and Maria Amalia of Saxony.
It then continues with the Second Antechamber with the story of the Duchess and the Duke of berry, and with the Third Anteroom dedicated to Proserpina's rat.
As the last stop there will be the Salon of Hercules with the famous Fable of Cupid and Psyche. In the various rooms will be exposed panels until February 20 with QR codes that will allow you to know all the love stories and descriptions of the works.
The photo contest
Another special novelty is the activation of the photographic contest launched on the social page of Palazzo Reale. All couples visiting the Palazzo Reale will be able to take a photo of their kiss in the Italian Garden, with the camellias in the background, and publish it on social networks by tagging the facebook and instagram page of Palazzo Reale.
The contest will last one week, from 14 to 20 February, at the end of which the couple who has received the most likes will have a free camellia plant offered by Nurseries Maisto.
The ticket in pairs
Thanks to a special promotion designed specifically for Valentine's Day, there will be a single ticket for couples to one special price of 10 euros.
