Giorgia, one of the most anticipated singers of Sanremo 2023, was disqualified from the singing competition after the gag of Fiorello. Here's what happened.
A Fiorello everything is allowed, even to do disqualify Giorgia from the Sanremo Festival 2023. The fact happened during the penultimate episode of Long live Rai 2 where, during a gag, he showed live a Whatsapp conversation with the singer, In which Giorgia had sent him her song (Bad words) to listen to in preview and recommending "maximum caution".
It's a pity that the Rai Due showman, contravening one of the strict rules of the Italian Song Festival (i.e. that of spreading, before the start of Sanremo, the songs in the competition, under penalty of disqualification), has decided to let 3 seconds of his new song live.

Shortly after the release of the song, Amadeus telephoned to Fiorello, pretending to be very angry and telling him, in no uncertain terms:
“I'm watching you like every morning, but you screwed up. You and I are like brothers, you did two and a half Sanremos with me, you know you can't spoil the song."
Fiorello tries to defend himself, stating that he has not heard much of Giorgia's piece, But the artistic director of the Festival is adamant:
“After the story of Fedez I changed the rules, after a second there is the disqualification of the piece, otherwise they will criticize me. So I'm forced to disqualify Giorgia, now you assume the responsibility of telling her. Giorgia is disqualified, she doesn't play like that ”

Amadeus then puts down the phone and, for a while, the doubt remains, so much so that Fiorello receives thousands of live messages, including a very angry one from his wife.
Shortly afterwards, however, the Rai Due star performer dissolves the doubts, saying that it was all a joke, which he also did without the knowledge of Casciari and Biggio, and with only his own accomplices Georgia and Amadeus, who were the only ones aware of the gag.
