Four concerts in the splendid setting of Piazza D'Armi of Castel Sant'Elmo, for the Sant'Elmo Summer 2014 music festival
In the suggestive location of Piazza d'Armi a Castel Sant'Elmo the musical review will be held again this year Sant'Elmo Estate, now in its seventh edition and presented by the Campania Region and the Municipality of Naples and by the cultural associations "Napoli Jazz" and "Napoli Motus"
La summer kermesse dedicated to the world of the seven notes is among the most awaited and loved in the city of Naples especially for the historical and architectural scenery in which it is housed, on the terrace of Castel Sant'Elmo al Vomero from which you can enjoy one of the most beautiful views of the Neapolitan gulf .
Sant'Elmo Summer 2014 the next one will start 15 July and will understand four appointments up to the 26 July. They will open the summer festival i Avion Travel, the band from Caserta that also in 2007, the year of the first edition of the festival, held the festival for the first time. The Avion Travel they will present their latest work to the public Back, a project that sees the return to the group of the various Ferruccio Spinetti, Mario Tronco and Peppe D'Argenzio for a sort of reunion for an event that promises to be among the most anticipated of this musical summer.
We will continue on 24 July with the performance of Nude Music, the duo composed of the extraordinary voice Petra Magoni and the mastery of Ferruccio Spinetti who through the project Nude Music - Broadband they will propose pieces taken from their now infinite repertoire.
Il July 25 instead it will be the turn of the project Elements , which comes from the fusion of the experience and musical paths of great Neapolitan musicians such as Rino Zurzolo, Ciccio Merolla, Piero Gallo, Riccardo Veno, Elisabetta Serio, to which is added the voice of Enzo Gragnaniello used solely as an instrument, which they will find themselves playing together for the first time, giving life to a unique concert in which ethnic atmospheres blend with jazz sounds.
Il 26 July the event will close another appointment with refined jazz music, the Rosario Bonoccorso - Travel Notes 5et, to present the new disc from the title On the way and that will make use, for the occasion, as well as the historical components of which Andrea Pozza on the piano and Nicola Angelucci on the drums, of the participation of two great artists who share and have shared with Bonaccorso many years of musical experiences and career such as Flavio Boltro and Javier Girotto.
