Scheduled for 28 and 29 October 2023, the town of Palomonte, located in the province of Salerno, will host the second edition of the event SapOri, a food and wine, cultural and artistic review. Organized by Pro Loco of Palomonte, with the support of Common and various associations such as Assofrantoi Campania, the event aims to enhance typical local products, in particular extra virgin olive oil.

The event will not only be a journey into culture, but also a culinary experience. Among the food and wine stands, visitors will be able to enjoy a variety of typical local products, with a particular focus on extra virgin olive oil. While the full menu has not been released, it can be expected to include a range of dishes incorporating this key ingredient.
In addition to the gastronomic aspect, SapOri will offer a series of entertainment activity. An event is scheduled for October 28th convention at 18 pm with the title "Extra virgin olive oil between critical issues, price increases and development policies", which will see the participation of important institutional and academic figures. Furthermore, the program includes folk music e shows for children. On Sunday 29 October, activities will begin at 15pm with workshops for children and storytelling shows.
