In the period from 27 29 to October 2023, Felixstowe will host the renowned gastronomic event “Flavors of Autumn”, dedicated to Felitto's Fusillo. The event, which usually takes place in the second ten days of August, is a celebration of the traditional flavors of Felitto and Cilento. This year, the event will be further enriched by the presence of Special Guest Eugenio Bennato, who will cheer up the dinner on October 28th with his show 'Vento Popolare'.
What you eat at the Fusillo festival in Felitto
The fulcrum of the event is undoubtedly the Fusillo di Felitto, proposed both in its original version and in a "special edition" variant. Fans of this dish will have several opportunities to taste it:
- Friday 27 October for dinner starting at 19pm
- Saturday 28 October for dinner from 19pm, with the presence of Special Guest Eugenio Bennato
- Sunday 29 October for lunch from 12:00 to 15:00 and for dinner from 19:00

In addition to the gastronomic pleasure, the festival offers a rich entertainment program. The highlight will be represented by show 'Vento Popolare' by Eugenio Bennato, scheduled for the evening of October 28th. This year, the focus will be not only on traditional flavors, but also on music, through which Eugenio Bennato will tell the story of Cilento, between tradition and innovation.
