Good food and show cooking with great chefs at Sorrento Street Food Village 2016!
From 8 to 10 December 2016 will be held on Sorrento Street Food Village, which will be set up in Piazza Angelina Lauro as part of I'm wintering.
The event will also be itinerant since 25 apecar, coming from all over Italy, they will go around to enhance the typical products of the Sorrento and Campania gastronomic tradition.
Naturally the proposed menu will be based on the foods included in the healthy Mediterranean diet with a traditional gastronomic offer dedicated to Christmas time. The fanciful will be prepared cuoppi, cod, meatballs, and zeppole puffs.
The three evenings will be animated by the ientertainment throughout the square and from Show Cooking on three wheels with the participation of the executive pizza chef Antonino Esposito, inventor of the Sorrento whip, Andrea Napolitano, chef of the Cannavacciulo school, Michele Esposito, Imma Gargiulo and Salvatore Russo, participants of the last editions of Masterchef Italia, and also Antonio Cafiero, eclectic pastry chef from Sorrento.
To facilitate orientation in the articulated tasting itinerary, a paper map will be posted, while thanks to adedicated application, it will be possible to consult the technical data sheets of the apette.
