The new connections with EAV and CTP buses for the Afragola high speed station from Nola, Pomigliano and other municipalities.

As announced on the company website, the companies EAV e CTP they will introduce new ones connections with the Afragola High Speed ​​Train Station. The bus rides will be active from 11 June 2017, date on which the station itself will enter service. The introduction of these lines will be essential to unite the railway junction with important points in Campania.

In fact, among the concerned municipalities there are Nola, Pomigliano d'Arco, Marigliano, Monteforte Irpino, Casalnuovo and Palma Campania.

EAV ticket prices

Tickets for EAV buses will have different prices depending on the route and whether they will buy on board or not. They range from 1,80 € to 3,10 €.

CTP bus for the Afragola High Speed ​​Station

The CTP company foresees a transport program which, when it is final, I will count the following 6 new connection lines with the Afragola TAV:

  • AV 1 (Polvica-Acerra-TAV)
  • AV 2 (Caserta Stations Trenitalia-TAV)
  • AV 3 (Caivano-Afragola-TAV)
  • AV 4 (Casoria Staz. Trenitalia-Afragola-TAV)
  • AV 5 (Qualiano - TAV via Median Axis)
  • AV 6 (Melito-TAV via External Circumvallazione)

At the moment, the service will start the experimental Sunday 11 June only with the AV2, AV4 and AV5 lines.

Free tickets for CTP buses

During this first experimental phase there is a promotion for i holders of the TAV reservation ticket who can use the CTP bus service for free without paying the ticket. Instead, only for the days of Saturday and Sunday, even those who do not have a TAV ticket will be able to use the buses for free to reach the station, even just to visit this architectural gem.
