From 15 17 to December, the picturesque Norman Castle of Postiglione will become the focus of an exceptional event, uniting culture, gastronomy and political debates. The event, entitled “The Postiglionese Taste Routes”.

15 December: Inauguration and Culture The event kicks off on 15th December 10:00 with a meeting aimed at students, focused on "Trotula, the Mediterranean Diet and Europe". This event marks the beginning of a journey between past and present, highlighting the historical and current importance of Mediterranean Diet. In the afternoon, at 17:00, the ribbon cutting will be held for the art exhibition “Decalogue for Spanish Democracy” by the renowned painter Jose Garcia Ortega, a unique opportunity for art enthusiasts.

16 December: Food and wine and conference The next day, 16th December, is dedicated to food and wine and political discussion. The morning begins with a olive oil tasting panel, a sensory experience guided by APROL Campania for entrepreneurs, farmers and citizens.
