The TanoTango Festival returns to Naples, an opportunity to discover Argentine culture with internships and performances!
From 1 to 4 September 2016 Napoli becomes the capital of the Argentine tango with the TanoTango Festival.
From the first edition in the 2003 the festival hosted internationally renowned teachers and dancers. This year, among others, Pablo Garcia and Romina Godoy, Laura Melo and Ricardo Barrios, Nati Miquiero will participate.
The appointment is dedicated not only to dance lovers, but to anyone who wants to discover the Argentine culture, linked to the Neapolitan one by an intense history of migrations. The tango artists will show their skills in different performances and will hold lessons and internships for each level, from the beginner to the master.
Those who want can also book private lessons. All lessons will take place in the headquarters of the Milonga Porteña Association, while the evenings will be held in the evocative setting of Castel Sant'Elmo, the Pontile di Bagnoli and ILVA Dopolavoro Club, overlooking the sea. The Castel Sant'Elmo, in particular, will host the gala evening in the Piazza d'Armi, from which you can enjoy a breathtaking view.
