Starting from Saturday December 16, the event opens with an afternoon conference that explores the link between the landscape and the truffle, highlighting the importance of protecting and enhancing rural areas. This debate offers a cultural and ecological perspective, integrating gastronomy with environmental and territorial issues.
Follows theinauguration of the Truffle Market, a place where visitors can immerse themselves in the aromas and flavors of this prized tuber. The “Path of Taste”, which opens at the same time, invites you on a sensorial journey, where each stop is an exploration of new taste combinations.
The evening comes alive further with “Tuber Food” on the Terrace, an opportunity to savor innovative dishes based on truffles, and with itinerant music, which brings a festive atmosphere to the streets of the village.
The program of the Sunday December 17 start early, with the unique experience of truffle hunting and quarrying. This allows participants to come into direct contact with nature and learn traditional truffle harvesting techniques.
The morning continues with the reopening of the Truffle Market and Taste Path, giving guests another opportunity to discover and purchase local truffles. The culinary experience is enriched with the event “I create Tuber Ape” at Keffaber, where creativity combines with taste.
Lunch takes place in a unique setting, the Cloister, accompanied by a jazz concert. This lunch, upon reservation, offers a perfect fusion of music, food and history, immersing participants in an elegant and relaxed atmosphere.
The afternoon sees the return of the itinerant music and a second date with “Tuber Food" on the balcony. The day ends with the evening “Scents, Music and Flavors at the Borgo“, an exemplary finale that encapsulates the essence of the event: a tribute to the culture, history and, above all, the gastronomy of the area.
