On 25 January 2014 the Una Notte al Museo initiative also returns to Naples to visit the state museums in the evening. The program also includes exhibitions and screenings associated with the event

The initiative continues successfully "A night at the museum”Proposed by the Ministry of Cultural Heritage and Activities and which allows evening entry to the main state museums in Italy until midnight.

Also for 2014 there are several appointments and in Naples, as usual, there are numerous cultural venues that participate. This is the seventh edition of the event and the date to be marked is that of 25 January 2014.
Tomorrow evening, in fact, you can also enter some city museums from hour to hour 20 24.

The same Minister of Cultural Heritage and Activities and Tourism, Massimo Bray, said he was satisfied with the project and underlined the importance of citizen involvement which, by requesting to repeat the event, have made all this a “reality for many months now. An opportunity that allows you to visit our cultural heritage outside the usual hours ".

'900 and more words - Sounds | Voices | Signs for Castel Sant'Elmo

It is an encounter / presentation in which the stories will be told literary suggestions of the Italian twentieth century, with particular attention to the Neapolitan one. texts by Annamaria Ortese, Erri De Luca, Nicola Pugliese, Emilio Boccafusca and Raffaele la Capria, among others, will be read. Their works will be told through the Sounds / Voices / Signs format by Marialuisa Firpo, Gabriella Grizzuti and Chiara Mallozzi, respectively cellist, writer and calligrapher who will mix sounds and signs.

Lux in Fabula presents ..

It will be presented "a show with Lanterna Magica, a projection of nineteenth-century plates with the use of two ancient magic lanterns of the mid-nineteenth century" followed by the projection of a video with short sequences shot in Posillipo and at the Zoological Station by the artist Ètienne Jules Marey (nicknamed "the idiot of Posillipo") in 1890-91.
Subsequently, "Earth and Torment - The week of fear" will be screened, containing 300 unpublished photos by the photojournalist Antonio Grassi referring to the evacuation of the Rione Terra di Pozzuoli on March 2-8, 1970.
In conclusion, a free guided tour of the museum rooms will be offered.

Capodimonte in dance

Thanks to the choreography of Irma Cardano and the ballet company "Ivir Danza", the following choreographies will be organized:

The restoration unveiled
