If you want to spend a special evening, in evocative atmosphere of Vesuvius at sunset, then you absolutely cannot miss the appointments organized for Vesuvius 'and Night. It is a cycle of meetings that will allow you to carry out sunset excursions along the paths of Vesuvius.
These wonderful walks will take place from 30 July at the 3 September 2023, with 16 scheduled appointments that combine the trekking to food and wine, in fact at the end of the walk there will also be a tasty one aperitif-dinner.
How will the excursion on Vesuvius take place
The excursion will have a duration of about 3 hours, and along Path 1 it will be possible to meet Umberto Lightning and the volcanological guides of the I Vesuviani Association, who will tell the guests myths and legends about Vesuvius.
You can then admire the lights of the Persidi, The Valley of Hell, the Somma-Vesuvius caldera and much more, up to the panoramic area, from which you can admire the panorama between Pompeii and Sorrento Coast from above.
To round off the evening, there will be aaperi-dinner with Vesuvian wines and Neapolitan taralli.
How to participate
To attend the event you will need buy a ticket from the cost of 20 euros for adults and 10 euros for minors. You will need one sweatshirt, trekking shoes, packed breakfast, k-way, water bottle, towel and a glass for wine tasting.

Two departures are scheduled at 19:00 and at 19:15 at the Imbò refuge in Via Vesuvio Ercolano.
