The Lungomare di Via Partenope in Naples will soon be subject to the restyling works that will allow him to change his face and be finally renewed.
This is what has been announced by the Municipality of the City, which has published a notice for the submission of offers. Businesses and companies will be able to participate until May 17, 2022.
The works that are scheduled for the restyling of the seafront will last more than a year, approximately fourteen months, then subject to the downside in the offer phase.
How the winner will be chosen
By participating in the call for tenders for the restoration works of the Lungomare di Via Partenope, you will have the opportunity to submit your offer and the winner will be chosen evaluating the best proposal among all.
In particular, for the evaluation, they will be taken into consideration some points, as:
- architectural and plant quality, therefore choice of materials and use of innovative technologies for computerization
- Environmental quality, the treatment of the resulting materials and the hypotheses of arrangement of green spaces
- Construction site set-up methods, to minimize inconvenience
What the project foresees
Il project for the new face of the Via Partenope promenade, It provides:
- the same size as the sidewalk on the sea side
- Two lanes for cycle paths
- Two driveways for emergency vehicles
- Loading and unloading
- The opening to cars, if the municipal administration deems it necessary
- Arrangement of pavements on the side of restaurants and hotels
- Quality urban furnishings
These works will cost approximately 13,2 million, while another 300.000 euros will be used for further technologies.
