Interesting guided visits to the Egyptian section of the Napoil National Museum with lectures on Ancient Egypt.
The staff of the National Archaeological Museum of Naples he organized some guided tours to the Egyptian section on 5, 12, 19 and 26 November 2016 and also some conferences.
La section dedicated to Egyptian civilization it was inaugurated on 7 October, after almost ten years of closure. For the exhibition, considered the second most important in Italy after that of the Egyptian Museum in Turin, scholars of the ancient civilization have set up seven rooms in the museum.
Guided tours
As for the guided tours, they will be planned two shifts, lasting one hour, at 10: 00 and at 12: 00. Just pay the entrance ticket to the museum and make a reservation at 0814422149.
Conferences
On the other hand, as regards the conferences, meetings on the theme "Ancient Egypt at the MANN". Each curator of the exhibition will illustrate their findings on the study carried out during the installation work.
One of the events will be dedicated to the delicate work of restoring organic finds and fabrics from the collection. At the end of each conference there will also be one guided tour to the section that is the subject of the presentation.
