An entire weekend dedicated to music for the Piano City Napoli 2019 with many concerts scheduled.
The 5, 6 and 7 April 2019 the musical event entirely dedicated to the piano will take place in Naples and this year celebrates its sixth anniversary: the Plan City Napoli 2019. Also for this year the program promises to be full of interesting events including concerts and cultural events. To open the music festival will be held in piazza del Plebiscito un free concert of 21 pianos.
This year the numbers of the scheduled events are very respectable, in fact they will be held well 250 free events in just three days with 700 pianists involved, 60 house concert, 55 locations scattered throughout the city, for 160 hours of music. We also remember that the festival was visited in previous editions by over 50.000 people.
As usual the Piano City Napoli 2019 opens its extraordinary weekend of piano appointments, Friday 5 April at 21.00 in Piazza Plebiscito with 21 pianos in concert, dedicated to the Overture to the most famous works, curated by Patrizio Marrone. The novelty of this edition will then be the participation of 21 students of the Regional Orchestra of Pianos of the Musical High Schools of Campania.
