A Montecorvino Rovella, a municipality in the province of Salerno, from Sunday 6 to Tuesday 8 August 2023, the unmissable appointment with the Gauro Ham Festival.
It is a summer event that is part of the local tradition, and in fact, this one in 2023 will be its thirty-eighth edition. The festival is organized by the SS Committee. Salvatore in collaboration with G&C Events.
At the heart of the three evenings there will obviously be the delicious local ham, this is in fact defined as La real ham festival, which can be tasted alone to savor all its goodness, or combined with sandwiches and special dishes.

In addition to the ham tastings that you absolutely cannot fail to taste, several will be expected during the three evenings artists that will make the Gauro Ham Festival special and fun.
