Michelin Guide, starred restaurants increase in Campania

Michelin Guide: Campania wins third place in Italy with 44 award-winning restaurants, here's what they are!

Also this year the new edition of the Michelin Guide Italy, this is the guide that has been judging for sixty-six years now the best restaurants on the national territory, assigning them the typical ones gold stars.

Thirteen Italian regions have been awarded and there is excellent news for the region Campania which wins the third place, after Lombardy in the first and Piedmont in the second. Among the novelties of this new edition also the assignment of a special green star which is assigned to Chefs who promote a sustainable cuisine.

Michelin Guide: Campania in third place

Campania thus rises to the podium in third place with 44 award-winning restaurants, Of these, you are with two stars e thirty-eight with a Michelin star. In particular, Naples appears to be the city in the Campania region with more restaurants with one star, or 28.
