The very famous Chef Alessandro Borghese arrives in Irpinia, in the province of Avellino with Four restaurants, we are talking about the successful program broadcast on Sky Uno, now in its ninth edition. Certainly known among cooking and non-cooking lovers, the program includes a challenge between four restaurateurs, who in turn host Borghese and the other three opponents for a dinner or lunch.
Each of them is then asked to express an opinion on location, service, menu and prices, Borghese also expresses his own opinion and then decides the winner who wins a voucher worth 5000 euros to use for his own business.

The restaurants competing at Quattro Ristoranti
In Montella the was chosen Cacciafumo – Mountain specialty, by Jenny, wife of a starred chef and sommelier for several years who offers guests traditional cuisine.
In Castelfranci there is instead Palazzo Vittoli, it is a restaurant located in a historic residence from 1818 directed by Daniela and her son Michele, the menu in this case is a contemporary menu.
Anima, La Nuova Osteria Michele's is the third place chosen which is located in Nusco. It is a small place, with about 20 seats, offering typical cuisine.
Finally, the restaurant was chosen in Paternopoli Pater Families di Francesco, who offers guests traditional cuisine with typical products from the Irpinia area.
