From Thursday 9 June 2022, onApp Gira Naples one has been activated new section very useful for travelers and concerning theAlibus, that is the bus that connects Capodichino Airport with the Port of Naples and the Central Station.
This implementation of the application allows us to know the route of the Alibus, his times of departure and also the arrival forecast at the stop we have chosen. Furthermore, as for the other buses of the app, the position in real time of the various buses that are in circulation, so as to know where they are and the path that is missing to reach the stop.
It is accessed by clicking on the three horizontal menu lines, at the top right, and then clicking on ANM Alibus.
The ability to purchase the electronic ticket
Another novelty relating to this section concerns the possibility of buy the electronic ticket directly with your credit card. It will be enough:
- enter the Alibus section;
- click on the Tickets button;
- register;
- proceed with the purchase.
After buying the ticket, it will be easy to validate it because a QrCode which must be shown to the on-board staff before boarding the bus. At this point, it will be converted into a travel document.
Route and prices of the Alibus
Here are the routes:
from Capodichino Airport - Piazza Garibaldi (Central Station) - Immacolatella / Porta di Massa (inside the Port) - Molo Angioino / Beverello (Terminal Stazione Marittima).
- from Capodichino Airport: Piazza Garibaldi (Central Station) - Immacolatella / Porta di Massa (inside the Port) - Molo Angioino / Beverello (Terminal Stazione Marittima);
- from Porto Molo Angioino / Beverello (terminal Stazione Marittima): Immacolatella / Porta di Massa stop (inside the Port), Varco Pisacane (in front of the Port Authority), Piazza Garibaldi (Central Station) and Capodichino Airport.
The ticket price:
- single ride 5 euros
- ticket valid 90 minutes from first validation for single journey on Alibus and other transport services in the urban area
